I have just installed this app so I don't know yet how valuable it will be, but I'm hoping for the best. Thanks. I've had this app for about a week now and I assume that it's doing what it's supposed to do. Setup was a breeze and if it's working as advertised, it can't be beat. I installed Social Autopilot 2 weeks ago and have experienced a phenomenal growth in sales. I went from grossing $50.00 per month to over $25,000.00 after installing the app. I received more than 10,000 sign-ups to my site which resulted in an email list that was so large, my computer crashed. I was so amazed by the results, I bought a lottery ticket and won $1 million the next day! Then the unthinkable happened - I woke up from this exhilarating dream :( But all seriousness aside (another feeble attempt at jocularity), I am very pleased with my experience thus far. It has actually proved to beneficial insofar as raising awareness of my site, which is still in its infancy. In all fairness to the developers, my site is still being indexed by the search engines, so it isn't fair to judge the app because my site isn't yet fully established. I am looking forward to the app generating more traffic to my site and so far it is working very well, automatically posting tweets on a daily basis, which is very intriguing. I look forward to seeing many benefits in the near future.

I am a one man show here at Rivet De Cru Jeans. From design, marketing and buying for the brand. I have always wondered why no one was doing an app that would make social marketing as easy as drawing a pair of jeans, Social Autopilot is just that. When ever you upload new product to the shop depending on the parameters you set up it automatically does a Facebook fan page and twitter posts. You can even set up tumbler on it. I can wait for more releases to be anounced. To Jay at Bold apps, great job, you continue to think and develop with us in mind. We need it this one at www.rivetdecrujeans.com, I have also installed it at www.vectorsrus.com. This app rocks...

This app fulfils an important role and does exactly what it says it will. It has not been over-engineering and installs and configures very easily. When adding many new products at once you do need to make sure the randomised sample texts are sufficiently different and work effectively in practice. I am delighted that I discovered this app because we were simply not promoting our new products enough. I would however like to see an option to cycle through EXISTING products and promote those - other than that, we are very pleased. I am also glad it is restricted to Twitter & Pinterest as we do not want to automate across all platforms. Thanks Michael from Bold!

Bottom Line. BOLD Apps has one of the WORST customer service I have ever seen. I have reported them to their Shopify Account Manager and I truly hope that Shopify forces them to up their game. If I install a trial I should be able to get tech support immediately. Not send a dozen emails that go unanswered and then have to wait a minimum of 48 hours to schedule a call with someone (which is only a brief call) just to get the app working??? How does that make sense? When I install an app it is because I NEED it NOW - not 48+hours later. Shame on you Bold! I truly hope Shopify forces you to step up your game or kick you out of the App Store altogether.

Social Autopilot seems like a great app in theory, however there are a few things that they need to improve on. 1) If you create a product as hidden or schedule a blog to be posted in the future then Social Autopilot does not post those items. It only posts things that you create live the first time. This is a big negative as we like to create products as hidden and then edit them before posting. Also, we like to create blogs ahead of time that schedule to post in the future. For these reasons, Social Autopilot is almost completely useless to us, but it may work well for others who post live the first time.
